Supported Living Service Manager (Young People)

ICS UK is looking for an extraordinary manager with a commitment to high quality support and focus on personalisation to join the team as a Registered Service Manager for Children and Young Persons services based in West Midlands, supported living developments where we support young people from 15 and above

  About the Company:

• We provide extraordinary support and champion for young people with learning disabilities and autism and challenging behaviour. Encouraging them to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society and live fulfilling lives
• You will need to have an NVQ 4 or NVQ Level 5 in Care and Management and experience of working with children and young people with autism and behaviour support needs. You’ll be passionate about providing quality care and personalised services with the ability to drive improvement within budgetary controls. An understanding and knowledge of the principles of positive behaviour support, autism, relevant legislation, and CQC standards will be essential for this role.
• In addition, you’ll possess a current driving licence with the ability to travel independently as required and be able to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the service and partake in on call to provide emergency support including evenings and weekends.
