Special Requirements:

Experience of care coordination/managing a caseload.
Ability to assess risk, complete risk assessment and risk management plan.
Must be aware of safeguarding principles, and know when to raise safeguarding concerns, safeguard vulnerable individuals and complete S42 safeguarding enquiries.
