Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We really hope you are happy with your purchase.

In case, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may get a refund based on your remaining credits. You will not get a refund for the credits that you have already used.

Cancellations and Refund Request Qualification Guidelines

All cancellations and refund requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

(i) In case you cancel after you start receiving the services, you won’t be refunded for the services rendered until the time you make the cancellation and refund request.

(ii) If you received the digital content from us immediately, and you agreed to our terms when making the order, you lose the right to request a refund.

(iii) If the product deliveries are split over several days, you have fourteen (14) days until you or the person you made the purchase for receives the last deliverable to request a cancellation and refund.

(iv) If your goods are for regular delivery over a certain period, then you have fourteen (14) days after you or the person on whose behalf you made the purchase gets the first delivery to make a cancellation and refund request.

Ending the Contract When You Do No Qualify for a Refund and We are Not at Fault

You still reserve the right to cancel your contract even if you have lost the right to request for a refund. Specific to digital content, the contract is complete when you or the person you nominate receives the product.

In case you purchased a service, the contract is complete when we finish providing the services.

In the above two scenarios, you can end the contract by simply contacting us. The contract ends two calendar months after you make the request to cancel the contract.

Consequently, we will refund any payment you have made in advance for the products that will not be provided to you inclusive of the notice period.

Let us assume you send us a request to end the contract on February 4th. We will supply the products until April 3rd. Then, we will refund any sums you paid in advance for product supply after April 3rd.

Cancellation and Refund Process

To make a cancellation and refund request, please email our customer service team at info@icsuk.online to initiate the process. The email you send should contain a refund date of purchase, invoice number and transaction ID.

Refunds

after receiving your cancellation and refund email, our support team will start processing your request. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Please note that you lose your right to a refund if any of the following are true:

(i) If you purchased digital products and you have started downloading or streaming them.
(ii) If you received audio or video recordings in sealed form and you have unsealed them.
(iii) If you received our services in the form of mentoring.
(iv) If the services have been completely rendered, even if you are still in the cancellation period.
